Bryan brings a long history of healthcare real experience to Invesque. Most recently, Bryan was a Vice President – Investments at Welltower Inc. (NYSE: WELL) where he was responsible for underwriting new investment opportunities and the asset management of a portfolio valued at approximately $4.5 billion. Bryan has been closely involved with underwriting and asset management of Welltower’s investments in post-acute, acute care, medical office and seniors housing real estate during his tenure including closing over $15 billion of transactions.

Toronto, Ontario, May 7, 2018 - Invesque Inc. (TSX: IVQ.U) (the “Company”) announced today they have entered into a development partnership with Ellipsis Real Estate Partners (“Ellipsis”) located in Carmel, Indiana. The partnership will provide Invesque exclusive access to Ellipsis’ pipeline of development projects, including five current development projects located in Indiana and Michigan. Under the terms of a Development Agreement, Ellipsis will provide Invesque the right of first offer to invest in all of Ellipsis’ developments, as well as to right to purchase the completed properties. The partnership will focus on the development of seniors housing and medical office properties throughout the United States.
